Great location, beautiful large room and large bathroom

The location is excellent. Shops, restaurants and public transports nearby.

Level of cleanliness and comfort in the room and check-in staff - excellent. Location very good.

The location was a little too much for me, but certainly right at the centre of things. At my age I'd have liked somewhere a little quieter! Room was excellent, large wiith a luxury bathroom and shower. I try to avoid eating breakfast in a hotel but this was over and above any other hotel breakfast I'd had before, we spent over an hour every morning chatting, drinking tea and grazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. So can't find fault in any aspect of the hotel.

The optional buffet was incredible, and the food selection was top-notch. Staff at the restaurant were very attentive and cleared your plates and offered coffee frequently. Staff was professional and courteous. Housekeeping was great and friendly, but what really made the difference was coming back to the room with a piece of birthday cake waiting for me on my birthday.. You don't see service like that anymore. Incredible experience. I loved it so much that when I returned from Macau, I stayed another 4 nights.
